Deminor is managed by its five active partners, with the support of a team of 30 professionals.

 

Deminor's multidisciplinary team is spread over its local offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Geneva, Milan and Paris. The consists of corporate finance professionals, former lawyers and auditors, financial analysts and persons with an administrative/back-office background.

CEO of Deminor Investment Management; responsible for Deminor
Switzerland.

 

Bernard Thuysbaert :

Responsible for Deminor Corrporate Finance at group level; in charge of
Deminor Belgium and Netherlands.

 

Fabrice Rémon :

Responsible for Deminor France; chairman of CRD.

 

Erik Bomans :

Responsible for damage recovery services at group level; responsible
for the Italian market.

 

Charles Demoulin :

In charge at Deminor Group level of active engagements with listed
companies on behalf of institutional investors, more particularly for the
The Governance Platform (a Dutch foundation where Charles is also a
director) and for the Active Governance Fund.
