Deminor is grouping European creditors of Lehman Brothers with a view to recovering their assets in Europe and the U.S.

 

Deminor announced on October 2, 2008 that it will launch an action for investors in Lehman Brothers financial instruments. These products were widely sold on the European market during the last few years. It seems that an important part was placed with private investors.

 

On the basis of our information it seems that certain banks have not correctly informed their clients when selling the Lehman Brothers financial instruments to their clients. Deminor will try to obtain a maximum recovery of losses from these banks. Deminor will also intervene in the American and Dutch insolvency proceedings.
