29-07-2008: Natixis: Deminor wrote to the AMF to request an in-depth investigation on the stock (update)

Deminor is currently grouping all Natixis shareholders who have suffered a loss through that investment.

Deminor is conducting a detailed analysis of the events which led to the drop in Natixis' stock price.

We are therefore studying all the financial communication released, including all information relating to the financial risks borne by Natixis and particularly those linked to "subprime" assets.

We are also trying to understand how the Natixis shares were distributed in the public at the time of the IPO at the end of 2006.

Our objective is thus to identify the responsibilities of the different parties involved.

In this framework, Deminor has already alerted the market authorities on the situation and more specifically on the methods used by the Caisses d'Epargne and Banques Populaires' networks to obtain the underwriting of Natixis shares at the IPO. Deminor has indeed gathered many testimonies confirming the « aggressive commercial approach » of those firms. For your information, you will find below the letter sent to the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).

Deminor is now grouping all shareholders who consider having suffered a loss through their investment in Natixis.
