Since we face complex problems and competent and powerful adversary parties, our clients require from Deminor and its team the highest standards of quality, business ethics and commitment.

You will be based in Brussels, but travelling to our other offices whenever needed.

About Deminor

Deminor is a European consultancy firm dedicated to advise and assistance to minority shareholders in listed and not listed companies. Deminor has offices in Brussels, Paris, Amsterdam, Milan and Geneva.

Deminor's corporate finance unit is involved in various assignments in listed and non-listed companies.

Our interventions in listed companies range from event-driven situations (take-over bids, mergers, restructuring, public-to-private transactions) to long term shareholder engagement strategies (corporate governance enhancement). An other important part of Deminor's intervention in listed companies are so-called collective actions, federating hundreds or thousands of investors, when investors have suffered damages resulting from fraud, misleading information or mismanagement.

In privately held companies, Deminor's corporate finance unit has a well-established practice of advising and assisting shareholders in all type of situations: take-overs, mergers, restructuring, succession issues in family businesses, management or governance changes, shareholding structure changes, etc.
