Deminor represented a group of reference shareholders of the bankrupt Dutch bank Van der Hoop Bankiers N.V. with the aim of recovering the damages from all possible responsible parties. Following a settlement in the beginning of 2008, in which the official receivers for bankruptcy and concerned parties (like accountants, directors, supervisors) intervened, Deminor's intervention was completed. No further details of this settlement can be disclosed.
