Group Structure

Deminor is a group of companies controlled by Deminor International SCRL (Belgium).

Deminor International SCRL is the holding company as well as the operational unit in Belgium. Deminor International SCRL is fully owned by the Deminor Partners.

 

Deminor International is the 100% owner of the local subsidiaries Deminor France S.A.S (Paris), Deminor Italia S.r.l. (Milano), Deminor Nederland B.V. (Amsterdam).

 

Deminor also has a representative office in Geneva.

 

Deminor International's Board of Directors is currently composed of 6 members: the five executive Deminor Partners: Pierre Nothomb, Bernard Thuysbaert, Charles Demoulin, Fabrice Rémon and Erik Bomans and one non-executive independent director, Alain Prigogine.
