We believe that investors can contribute to creating more long-term sustainable value by promoting higher standards of governance, transparency and accountability in the interest of the company, its investors, its other stakeholders and society at large. Deminor wants to be the European leader in this field.

 

It is not only the shareholders' right, but also their duty - as owners of the companies in which they invest - to hold their companies, management and agents accountable and to exercise an effective control. Deminor wants to help investors to exercise such active ownership and as such hopes to indirectly contribute to a "long-term responsible shareholder culture" in Europe.
